                                      Female Services                                                                 

 

 There are jobs and residential services that are set up to help the female ex-inmate. These services and

 programs are in place to better accommodate the female ex-inmate's re-entry into society.

 

 The B.O.P., have provides females ex-inmates  with job programs and services

. These programs are accredited through the Women's Bureau of the U.S. Department of Labor.

 They provide woman with the job training needed to get jobs on the outside. There is a wide range of programs

 including; auto mechanic, electrician, plumber, painter, bricklayer, data  processor, and secretary.

  The Cameo House, offer transitional housing accommodations for woman and children

  with criminal backgrounds.  Each woman has her own living space to allow her to reunify

  with up to two children, ages six and under.  They provide group, therapy counseling, and job search. 

  The woman and their children are allowed to say for up to a year.
